A commuter app concept that answers one question first: when should I leave?
Concept project. Transit Pulse is a fictional brand created by Baremark Studios. This is not client work.
The challenge
Most transit apps open with a map and leave people to work out the answer themselves. We wanted to explore an app that leads with a decision, not data.
The approach
We mapped a typical morning commute and found the moment of stress was always the same: deciding whether to leave now or wait.
The home screen became a single, large countdown with the reason behind it. Maps, alternatives and alerts sit one step away for anyone who wants detail.
Outcome
This is a self-initiated concept, so there are no client results to report.
